			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the last few weeks I tried to bring my recipe for sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil closer to perfection. I started with <a title="UNIX-AG recipe collection: Dried tomatoes with garlic" href="http://kochbuch.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/bin/rezept.php?id=29321">recipe #29321</a> from the recipe collection of the <a title="UNIX-AG at the University of Kaiserslautern" href="http://www.unix-ag.uni-kl.de/">UNIX-AG at the University of Kaiserslautern</a>. And this is how far I got. Enjoy your meal!</p>
<blockquote><p>70 g tomatoes, sun-dried<br />
¼ onion, minced<br />
6 cloves of garlic<br />
2 tb balsamic vinegar<br />
2 tb water<br />
5 basil leaves<br />
¼ tb salt<br />
6 ds Tabasco sauce<br />
olive oil</p>
<p>Cut the sun-dried tomato halves into six pieces each. Put into a jar adding onions, crushed garlic, vinegar, water, chopped basil leaves, salt, and Tasbasco. Pour in the oil until everything is covered. Mix thoroughly and let it steep for a day before consumption. Keep in the fridge.</p></blockquote>
